We're thrilled to welcome Dr. Ylva Hansdotter up on the XR Hack stage. Ylva is a recognized XR expert known for her work on how XR technologies shape behaviors, enhance empathy, and drive sustainable change. With an interdisciplinary academic background in computer science, behavioral science, management, and a Ph.D. in VR, she has over two decades of experience pioneering innovations. Ylva serves as an external expert for the World Economic Forum and the EU Commission, assessing XR innovation initiatives. She has founded XR Impact, co-founded two XR-companies; Flowtropolis and CADcog, and helped launch one of the world’s first VR app stores at HTC VIVE.

Senior Cybersecurity Advisor

Hanna Linderstål is the CEO and Founder of Earhart Business Protection Agency, a cyber intelligence specialist agency that supports authorities, organisations and the private sector with management advisory regarding cyberthreats, disinformation, corporate education, as well as training in these matters. 

With over 25 years of experience in combatting digital and virtual threats, she has previously been an advisor for various government agencies and international organisations. Linderstål is co-chairman for ITU metaverse cyber security task group. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies – ICTs. 

In the engagement as European advisor for XRSI she provides knowledge about virtual threts, disinformation challenges and EU regulations towards informationhandleing actors and platforms in EU. Outside of work she is engaged in role as Vice President of the Swedish Psychological Operations Association, a voluntary defence organisation.

The initiative aims to equip future digital citizens with the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate the internet safely.

Adria Cruz is a Senior XR UX/IxD Designer and Developer at Ericsson since 2017, part of the Ericsson Virtual Portfolio Experience (EVPE) team. He began his XR journey in 2009 while pursuing a bachelor’s in interactive technologies engineering and further specialized through master’s degrees in Gamification and Serious Gaming and Human-Computer Interaction. Anna Swartling
Head of Product & Concept, SJ AB

Anna has been driving digital product development for over 30 years within several of Sweden’s largest companies such as SEB and Scania. She has a PhD within Human-Computer Interaction in which she, through action research, investigated how large Swedish corporations include or exclude users and user perspective within procurement processes and the consequences of this. 

During all her years, inclusion and understanding of customers’ needs has been a passion. Therefore, securing methods and infrastructure for research within an innovation context has been core. Anna is now in charge of the overall product and offering at SJ, Sweden’s by far largest train operator. Her team consists of service designers, business developers and transformation leads. They work cross all touchpoints, striving for a consistent customer experience of high quality.
